Yesterday, our players and committee were honoured to be invited to the season finale at Epsom Downs Racecourse by the Jockey Club of Epsom Downs, in recognition of our FA Cup achievements.

We enjoyed amazing hospitality in the Boardroom of the Queen’s Stand, and some of our team had the privilege of judging the Best Turned Out Horse in the 4.05 race before presenting the prize to the winner.

It was a fantastic afternoon that not only celebrated our progress on the pitch but also strengthened ties with an important local organisation. Opportunities like this highlight how far we’re moving forward both on and off the field.

The team also had the pleasure of meeting Clare Balding, the renowned broadcaster and racing presenter, who was in attendance.

(And yes… a few of the lads managed to back some winners too!)
