On Tuesday 16th July we played an additional friendly at one of our closest rival teams at Chessington and Hook. As usual it was a feisty and close encounter with the end result of a 2-2 draw. Will Kendall scored our equalising goal with 15 minutes to go; this was another good workout for our squad.

We then visited Woking FC Academy side on Saturday 20th July for a ‘behind closed doors friendly’.
We were the dominant side for most of the first half and were unlucky not to have scored earlier, but in the 44th minute Will Kendall took us to the break with a deflected header, making the score 1-0 at half time.
We were soon further ahead shortly into the second half with a second goal from Will Kendall after a great cross from Luke Miller. We scored our third goal from an excellent free flowing move by Carlos Polo-Infante and with 8 minutes to go we added a fourth goal when Thompson Adjemi scored after his own good work on the edge of the box.
It was a very good workout for our squad and we look forward to furthering our relationship with Woking FC in the future.

Our next match will be at our new home, The Armada Group Stadium, at Kings Georges Field the Home of Corinthian Casuals next Tuesday the 23rd July with a 745 kick off when we play our landlords in the Stella Lamont Trophy.

It would be great to see a big crowd there to welcome us to our new home and the proceeds will be donated to the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.  We will be joined on the evening by the Mayor of Epsom and Ewell and Mr Ian Lamont, Stella’s son will also be in attendance to enjoy the match.  Why not come on down and support the team and a great cause.
