We made the relatively short trip to Horley FC on Saturday 23rd December in
what turned out to be a fruitless journey losing 4-0.  It was not a good
performance littered with mistakes and ill-discipline.

We made a few changes from the previous defeat to Tadley Caleva with TJ
returning to midfield, Tino Carpene playing up front, Tommy Williams earning
a starting berth and Luke Miller returning to the right wing position.

The game started with the first half being dominated by either midfield of
defence but with no real chances happening.  We had a player sin binned for
saying too much and in that 10 minutes period we fell one behind and then on
the stroke of half time we were 2-0 down after an attempted clearance went
to a Horley Town mild fielder who calmly lobbed the goalkeeper to make it
2-0.

No changes were made at half time and it was not long before we found
ourselves 3-0 down after a break away from a corner; this was followed
shortly afterwards by a fourth goal from our hosts.  We had our first shot
at goal late on and even that went wide of the goal.  The game ended 4-0 to
our hosts; this performance was simply not good enough in all areas of the
pitch.

We now move onto a difficult game against Tooting and Mitcham Utd at the Reg
Madgwick stadium in Cobham on Saturday 30th November and with the bottom
placed team in our division having just beaten them we need to be on our
best form to win this game.
